MVP Cancellation & Refund Policy:
MVP Track Time understands schedule conflicts, so we make every effort to accommodate cancellations. That being noted, MVP Track Time is under contract for the track rental. If you cancel, we will refund your entry fee MINUS the corresponding cancellation charge listed below. If you cancel inside the three-week window (Circuit of The Americas is four weeks), there is no refund. The "No Refund" cancellation window begins three weeks (Circuit of The Americas is four weeks) from the first day of check-in for the specific event. All cancellation requests must be in writing.
There are no driver substitutions inside the three week (Circuit of The Americas is four weeks) "No Refund" period prior to an event. Driver substitutions outside the "No Refund" window will be treated as a cancellation with the corresponding cancellation fee. The substituing driver will need to register and pay separately. Drivers on the reserve list will be given precendent ahead of a requested substitute driver.
Effective October 11, 2019 Pay Pal changed its refund policy. MVP Track Time changed our refund policy to reflect Pay Pal's changes. Regardless of when you pay and when you cancel, this updated policy is in effect from October 11, 2019 forward.
In line with industry practice and Pay Pal's updated policy, if at any time you cancel, MVP Track Time will withhold the following from your entry fee refund:
3-Day Registration Cancellation Fee: $100
2-Day Registration Cancellation Fee: $75
Single-Day Registration Cancellation Fee: $50
Special events, including the Circuit of The Americas track event, have their own refund policy which will be detailed with registration.
